A little about us
Sandpiper Guest House is a small, family run business owned for over 20 years. We are located in the heart of central Brighton. We are a stone’s throw away from all the main attractions of the city, so whether you are here for business or purely pleasure, our guest house is perfect to get the most out of your stay in Brighton.
We welcome all bookings for stag nights and hen do’s.
We take pride in pleasing and looking after our guests; because of this, we have been fortunate enough to have a strong loyal customer base, of whom we welcome back at least once every year.
After thorough and rigorous training and assessments from government requirements, we are proud to say we have completed relevant Covid-19 training and await our valued customers.

Being in the heart of Brighton, we are still lucky enough to have ample opportunities for paid parking. There are NCP and Churchill Square car parks less than 1 minute walk away. (Parking not included in the booking).
There is also free street parking from 8pm – 9am the following day.
As well as English, we are full Arabic speakers; so, if you are our guest from the middle east, rest assured we will be able to fully accommodate your needs.
